The controversial status of the Bauhaus women and the conflict between the Bauhaus aspiration for equality and the topics the female students were encouraged to choose formed the starting point of this project. Isel researched the ways in which women can establish their self-confidence through clothing, body language and presence in space. She examined the essences of empowering body poses, through well-known female characters, such as Zaha Hadid and through collaborative academic workshops.
Believing that these external behaviours are linked to true social impact, Isel offers posture changing tools and dedicated clothing items to enhance confidence and empower women in work environments.
